Since childhood, people have naturally come to me to be seen, heard, and witnessed. Over the past decade, this innate gift has been enriched through my own journey of womb healing, alchemy, meditation, and reconnection with ancient feminine wisdom.
Birthwork came to me in answer to a prayer; to serve in a way that reflects my essence as a nurturer and space holder. I trained with Whapio of The Matrona, whose philosophy resonates with my soul, and I continue to learn and evolve in this sacred calling. This work is an expression of my soul mission, and within my presence, you will be held with safety, reverence, and care.
I walk as a guardian between worlds; the seen and the unseen. I regard birth as one of the most intimate, vulnerable, and beautiful moments in a woman’s life. I believe in the profound importance of being a safe space. In living my own life as a sacred and safe sanctuary for myself, I have come to see this as a gift I can offer to other women: a presence that holds, honours, and remembers the sacredness of birth.

I provide compassionate, in-person birth doula care in Santa teresa Costa Rica and within a 50/100 km radius, holding space for you as you journey through pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum.
Travel Doula Services:
For those beyond my local area, I offer travel doula support. Together, we’ll connect online throughout your pregnancy with guidance, preparation, and emotional support. When the time comes, I will travel to be by your side for the birth. Travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by you and agreed upon in advance.

What kinds of births do you support?
I support women in a variety of birth settings: at home, in birth centers, in hospitals, and in water births (such as birthing pools). My role is to walk beside you wherever you choose or need to give birth, while ensuring that your voice, values, and preferences are honoured.
Do you attend hospital births?
Yes. I attend hospital births, while my heart and focus is on supporting natural birth, they can absolutely happen in hospitals. In these settings, I help create a grounded, safe, and supportive space so you and your partner feel empowered, even within a medical environment. I offer guidance around advocacy, helping you communicate your wishes and hold your birth plan with clarity and confidence.
Why is physiologic birth important to you?
Physiologic birth; the natural unfolding of labor without unnecessary intervention: is at the center of my mission because I believe it empowers women to step through the birth portal in their full strength. It honors the body’s wisdom, fosters deep bonding with baby, and can be a profoundly transformative experience. At the same time, I respect and support each woman’s choices and circumstances. Birth takes many forms, and each one is sacred.
Do you only attend home births or births with midwives?
My personal path as a doula is aligned with midwifery care and home or birth center settings, because they often offer more space for the natural rhythms of birth. However, I do support births in hospitals when this is the woman’s choice or necessity. In every setting, I hold the same intention: to guard a safe, loving space where you can be present, supported, and empowered.
What if my birth plan changes?
Birth is unpredictable, and part of my role is to stay present with you through whatever unfolds. Whether your birth shifts from home to hospital, or requires interventions, I will remain by your side; advocating for your voice, helping you stay connected to your body, and ensuring you feel cared for.
Do you support water births?
Yes, I support water births both at home (with pools) and in birth centers where this option is available. Water can be a powerful ally for relaxation, pain relief, and the soft unfolding of labor.
Do you replace medical care?
No. As a doula, I do not perform medical tasks or make clinical decisions. My role is emotional, physical, and spiritual . My support offers grounding, comfort, measures, advocacy, and guidance through the birth process. I will work alongside your chosen team to create a holistic container of care.
What is your philosophy of birth?
I see birth as a sacred portal, one that holds the potential for profound transformation. My mission is to support women to trust their bodies, claim their voice, and feel supported in the unfolding of this rite of passage. While my heart lies with physiologic birth, I honor every woman’s journey and walk with love no matter how she wants to birth.
