My approach to birth is deeply influenced by the work of my teacher Whapio and also Michel Odent, whose understanding of undisturbed birth and the physiology of labor has shaped the way I hold this space.
I support birth as a natural and instinctive process, one that unfolds best when a woman feels safe, undisturbed, and connected to her body. At the heart of my work is a return to a more essential, natural, ancestral way of being where we are deeply connected to the intelligence of our bodies.
In a world that often moves quickly and seeks to manage or control, I bring a slower rhythm.
A space where you can listen, feel, and remain close to yourself.
This can take many forms:
• moments of stillness and meditation
• gentle touch and body awareness
• creating an environment that feels safe and supportive
• sharing creative moments, singing, dancing
• allowing space for what is present, without needing to change it
I am here to remain alongside you as you move through this experience, with attention, presence, and care. I trust in the deep intelligence of the body. A knowing that does not come from the mind, but from something deeper. In a world where we are often guided to look outside for answers, this space is an invitation to return to what is already within you.
Pregnancy and birth are not only physical experiences. They can open a deeper connection to yourself a space where the body, the emotions, and the unseen are all part of the process.
Birth is not only the arrival of a baby. It is a threshold that can touch every layer of your being physical, emotional, and beyond.
It can open something, expand something, transform something. This is held not only by you, but also by the presence around you your partner, the space, and the way the birth is approached.
If needed, I can offer gentle guidance and practices to support this reconnection always in respect of your rhythm and your way. My intention is to offer a space where you can feel steady, supported, and free to follow what is true for you.
