The package includes:
5+ prenatal sessions, tailored to your individual needs. (in person or online, depending on location).
My continual support via phone, texts and e-mails.
A comprehensive birth education to help you (and your partner) gain inner confidence, essential knowledge and an embodied understanding of the physiology of birth
An ongoing opportunity to disarm any apprehensions and fears you may have relating to pregnancy, birth and motherhood
A somatic approach to birth preparation which integrates movement to enhance and facilitate your birth experience
My presence in person, throughout your birth experience and the first hours following the birth of your baby.
My presence as much as you need after Birth to ensure that you have everything you need and feel supported.
Cacao Ceremony after birth with your loved ones if you are aligned with it
I will be on call for you from Week 38.
1 to 2 post partum visits to ensure you have everything you need.
If we are not in the same place during pregnancy, our connection and preparation will happen online, and I will join you in person for the birth. (see below the location and availability section for more information)

The steps
Before Birth , The Weaving Begins
We begin our journey together months before your baby arrives, so trust, intimacy, and ease can grow.
Initial Connection Call : In our first call, we’ll share stories, explore your vision for birth, and feel if our paths are meant to walk together.
Nature Walk & Tea/cacao Ceremony : Our first in-person (or online) meeting, where we slow down, connect, sip tea/cacao, breathe fresh air, and root deeply into your intentions for birth.
5 Prenatal Sessions : nurturing time together to explore your birth preferences, comfort measures, and the physiology of undisturbed birth.
Weekly Check-ins : touch points to nourish your mind, heart, and spirit, keeping you grounded and cherished as you approach your birthing day.
Birth : Crossing the Threshold
I am with you in full presence from the moment you need me until after your baby has arrived.
Continuous Birth Support : whether at home, in a birth center, or hospital.
Holding the Space : I am ensuring your space remains calm, safe, and undisturbed letting you cross the sacred threshold.
Partner Support : guiding and supporting your partner to feel confident and connected in their role if needed.
Early Postpartum Care : I stay with you after birth to ensure you feel settled, nourished, and supported in feeding your baby.
Cacao Ceremony: Inspired by the wisdom of traditional Guatemalan indigenous midwives, I honour the practice of sitting with the medicine of cacao after birth. This sacred ritual anchors and celebrates the arrival of the baby, while inviting everyone to connect deeply with the spirit of the Mother and Mother Earth.
Postpartum The Integration
The first weeks after birth are as sacred as the birth itself.
Birth Story Integration Session : a space to honour, process, and celebrate your journey.
Postpartum Visit : for feeding support, emotional care, and rest.
Location and availability
I offer in-person presence for births. If we are not in the same place during pregnancy, our connection and preparation will happen online, and I will join you in person for the birth.
My availability depends on where I am based at the time of your birth.

Available for in-person prenatal sessions and birth presence in Costa Rica until July 2026.
• Montreal, Canada
Available for in-person sessions and birth presence from July 2026 onward. (we can start now online)
• Travel for Birth Presence
I am available to travel internationally (Costa Rica, USA, Europe, and beyond) to be physically present for your birth.
For births outside of my current location, travel (flight and accommodation) will be covered by the family.
When we will connect, we will find the most aligned way based on your location and the timing.
