Doula services in Puntarenas

I am currently offering in-person birth doula presence in the Puntarenas region, based in Santa Teresa. I am based in Santa Teresa and available for births in this region until July 2026.

I meet women and couples as they move through pregnancy and birth, offering steady presence throughout this time.

If you are further than Santa Teresa, our connection and preparation can happen online, and I will join you in person for the birth all around Costa Rica until July 2026.

If your birth happens after July 2026, I will come back to Costa Rica to be present during your birth. (with travel expenses covered by the family)
